Adults only
Gay Fans Guide is an adults-only website. Its content is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, if higher). The Site publishes written editorial reviews and commentary about adult content creators; these reviews may contain explicit language. The Site does not host or display pornographic images or videos.
Confirmation of age
By entering the Site and clicking to confirm, you certify under penalty of applicable law that:
- you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live);
- it is legal in your community and jurisdiction to access adult-oriented material;
- you are accessing the Site for your own personal use and will not share it with minors;
- you will not permit any minor to access the Site through your account or devices.
If you do not meet these requirements, do not enter. You may exit by closing this window or navigating away (for example, to https://www.google.com).
Protecting minors
We are committed to keeping minors away from adult content. We use an age-gate on entry and require account holders to confirm they are adults. We support parental-control tools. Our Site is labeled for filtering software (for example, via the RTA — “Restricted To Adults” — label), so that parental filters can block it. We encourage parents and guardians to use tools such as [operating-system parental controls, network-level filters, and content-blocking software] to supervise minors’ internet access.
Zero tolerance for content involving minors
We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. We do not knowingly publish, link to, or promote any such material. If you believe any content on or linked from the Site involves a minor, report it immediately to support@gayfansguide.com and to the appropriate authorities (in the US, the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertipline.org or 1-800-843-5678). We will act promptly on credible reports.
Age-verification laws
Age-verification requirements for adult websites are expanding and vary by state and country, and the applicable legal standards continue to evolve. We aim to comply with the laws that apply to us and may introduce additional age-verification steps for users in certain jurisdictions.
